Will my 130 watt continuous 250 watt peak power inverter power my 150 watt laptop charger?
The laptop is an alienware m15x with these adaptor specs

the adaptor is quite old and says 130 watts continuous and 250 watt peak
I wouldn’t expect you to have any problems.
A typical laptop uses less than half of the maximum capacitiy of the adapter that it is supplied with most of the time. I measured one of mine and found that I was actually using 23 watts on average from a 90 watt adapter/charger. The rest is reserved for occasional peaks and for those times when the battery is at less than 100% full charge.
Your inverter can handle the peaks that your laptop charger might occasionally require.
